To strengthen collaborative work between schools in the Bocas del Toro RED. The network of schools Middle Barranco, Barranco Adentro, Guabito, Marian Thomas, Villa California and Deborah were summoned to a meeting to update "The Knowledge Model School"
The event featured the wise participation Escobar Jhovanny the supervisor as the Campus Director Marlon Lozada, the meeting was really productive as some of these schools have information of the project "La Gran Casa Verde" held in 2008, and related activities on campus that have not subis to its website, many because of problems with the internet, others simply do not climbed. We could discuss among other issues:
- Those teachers "connected" that have been placed in lower grades by principals.
- Function support among master degree and the IAC. Importantly, a large number of trained school principals have included whole school to attend the Hall of Innovation, although this is not bad, deviating from the original recommendations which suggests that the main users are 4 th, 5 th and 6 th grade. This contradicts the essence and objectives of the program Connect to Knowledge.
- was defined as the deadline for updating knowledge models until the end of the first quarter.
- The schools with information to go on his blog (website) supported schools that if they have good connection. Thomas Mariano School offered to support site, their CAI's Javier Santamaria Diana Beker and is willing to cooperate at all.
- Guabito CEBG School and Start the Project "Green Great House" spread the culmination of that for the month of June.
- ISC's Javier and Diana are going to start updating their website with the experiences of their projects.
Those attending the meeting were: María González (Finca California), William Planes (Villa Deborah), Loferino Midi (Barranco Middle), Clelio Cáceres (Barranco Middle), Leydi Marciaga (Barranco Adentro), Rozani Baltazar (Nievecita) , Zuhelen Fajardo (Guabito), Diana Santamaria (Mariano Thomas), Javier Beker (Mariano Thomas), Yariela Lopez (Guabito).
Incidentally our visit coincided with an activity that is part of the project "La Gran Casa Verde" and which consisted in singing cumpleños to the Tree Campus.
