On Wednesday 17 September with the aim of defining RED schools "Connected to the Province of Bocas del Toro" was held at the School Changuinola, the second meeting to establish the dynamics of interaction, ways to collaborate, common problems, meet their counterparts teaching and CAI's. The meeting stressed the importance of building human and intellectual resource that is in the teachers from different schools in the area which will allow them to solve problems that affect them and open up new opportunities to build knowledge.
